Our magical retreat place

_{We have found the most perfect place for our retreat, Fiskabäck, a hidden golden gem in the Swedish countryside, located in the idyllic summer paradise of Österlen. We live on a renovated farm from the 18th century and enjoy simple bohemian luxury, having nature around the corner.}

_{Our shala is a gorgeous dome, inviting a sense of beauty and openess to our time together.}

_{We enjoy the long Swedish summer evenings in the warm sauna, singing around the fire, or with a good conversation with and old, or new, friend.}

_{This is a place with space for both body and heart where you have full permission to just be you.}

A deepening into love and intimacy.

Intimacy is a sacred space within us. In that space there is the most vulnerable and authentic part of ourselves. There is our Self in its purest expression. Intimacy can be shared with someone but also with ourselves. It is essential to know how to access that space within us, from us, in order to be able to connect more authentically with whoever we want.

Intimacy is often confused with sexuality. However, one can be sexual without intimacy, and one can be intimate without sexuality.

This three-day experience will allow you to understand, feel and express your intimacy in a safe, sacred and pleasant context.

It will be a transformation process that aims to inspire and make you feel the flavor of the authentic and intimate connection between people, even if you don't know each other. This is the magic of intimacy as an alchemical process. Masks and conditioning melt to give light to a sense of strength and liberation. Lead becomes gold.

Manu & Martina will guide you on a journey that will include practices inspired by Tantra, esoteric spirituality, and the psychology of personal development.

There will be no nudity and the interactions will not be of a sexual nature.

We will start every morning with Yoga and Meditation. You will make the move from the head, into the body, and starting the day by connecting to yourself.

Yoga & Meditation

_{To meet another, we have to meet ourselves. That is why we start everyday on the yoga mat, with kundaliniyoga and meditation, to become aware of how we are doing and find a steady anchor inside. This is the place from where we can meet the world, and our new friends at the retreat.}

_{Intimacy & Relating}

_{Together, we will also explore the world of intimacy. Tantra is an ancient wisdom path that invites us to live our lives fully in each moment. This path is not asking us to detach from our bodies but to fully engage with our bodies. During these retreat, we will open the door to some of these pratices, helping us to connect deeper to ourselves and others.}

The retreat place where we stay is embedded in a beautiful nature reserve and a magical waterfall is just a short hike away. Get ready to reconnect to the Earth in one of the most beautiful places of Sweden!}

How does it feel to look into someone’s else soul? How does it feel to be touched with awareness? What happens when these experiences are shared between a group of people who don’t now each other?

Yes, it might be new and even strange at the beginning, with and a sense of shyness at times. This is the portal that you now have the possibility to pass through in order to bring a huge transformation into your life.

We will be there to show you the way to the portal but you will have to walk into it on your own. It may feel easy, but in that moment the shakiness will come.

This is why we need a safe space and the supporting energy from a group to make the leap. These are literally initiations into new frames of behavior and understanding, a divorce from old patterns that don’t serve our cause, and a marriage into a new way of moving in life.

We all have seeds inside, just waiting for the right conditions to sprout and crack the shell of our fears. And then to bloom into a beuatiful flower. We can’t do that alone, we need group support.

A truly transformative experience bringing together body, mind and spirit. A collective ceremony to establish greater awareness and well-being.

MARTINA

_{Martina is a free bird, comitted to let truth and love guide her life. Since quitting her job as a corporate lawyer in Stockholm five years ago, she has created over a hundred retreats in India, France, Sweden, Spain and her home Costa Rica. She is a certified kundaliniyoga teacher with a passion for awakening people to their inner light and capacity to create the life they want to live.}_{She believes that this is really a journey back to the heart from where we can live a more true and honest life. She currently lives in an eco village in Costa Rica, dedicating her life to different holistic therapies, including yoga, meditation and tantra. The last five years, she has deepened her experience in tantra and conscious intimacy by taking part, assisting, and teaching groups in Europa and Costa Rica. Martina is also a vegan chef, massage therapist and holistic therapist.}

_MANU

_{Manuele Paradiso is an inner explorer committed to the development of his most authentic self. His purpose is to share his journey unfiltered with the people and inspire them to follow their heart. He offers his experience and support to people as a facilitator, blogger, speaker, mentor and practitioner of transformational bodywork (Alchemy of Touch™).}_{In the last years he visited spiritual communities in India and Thailand, participating and getting involved in different groups, workshops and retreats. In his journey he aimed to the integration between intellect, spiritual call and sexuality, three aspects that before had been always in conflict within him.}_{His attention goes in particular to men (but women also) who wants more awareness about their cultural conditioning and support in the development of a deeper and more conscious relationship with their partner and themselves.}_{Since two years he run his online course for men (The Attractive Hero). He also offers 1:1 coaching programs for men and couples. He created and facilitated workshops and retreats on conscious intimacy in Sweden, Italy and Cyprus.}

The Food

_{Nourishing, fresh, yummy, healthy, delicious, organic. Just a few words to describe the food you will have the absolute pleasure to indulge in during this week. Our private chefs, specialised in healthy, raw, vegan food, will source local vegetables and fruits, and satisfy not only our physical bodies but all our senses.}

_{Three meals are included per day, plus snacks in between if needed. There will always be free water and tea. And a yummy raw dessert ;)}

A Day With Us

Already here, we will let the feminine and masculine principle meet. We have a clear vision and schedule (masculine) for each and every day, but this can change in any moment if the flow is taking us somewhere else (feminine). Yet, we have created a schedule for you to have an idea of how a day could look like.
