Breathwork is a powerful practice to release tension, unlock emotional blocks, and awaken your inner vitality.
As your breath carries you into a state of deep relaxation and expanded awareness, the experience seamlessly flows into a soothing sound bath.
Here we allow the harmonious vibrations of crystal- and singing bowls, gongs, hand pans and chimes wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and fostering deep relaxation.
Together, these practices create a space to reconnect with your essence, cultivate inner peace, and leave you feeling balanced, uplifted, and deeply nourished.
This is your time to breathe, release, and realign your Self for the times to come.
BREATHWORK
Clarity Breathwork (conscious connected breathing) is a gentle, safe yet extremely powerful breathing process. Known for its transformative effects, breathwork can create clarity, help us relax any physical tension, release suppressed emotions and bring us to experience altered states of consciousness, consciously.
Breathwork supports the awakening of our inner light and help us create health, happiness, and spiritual awakening. Many people describe the experience as exhilarating, euphoric, and BLISSFUL!
It provides a potent technique to move towards our essence of love, happiness and bliss.
Breathwork originated during the consciousness movement of the 1960s as a way to help individuals address deep-seated issues stored in the subconscious while expanding awareness to connect with their true essence. Breathwork can facilitate the release of stress and tension, supports the healing of trauma, provides insights into life’s challenges, and helps individuals tap into their innate healing power, creativity, and inner wisdom.
Our breath, and the life-force we take in and awaken with it, is literally what keeps us alive, and yet, so often, we go through the day shallow breathing, denying ourselves our full life force which often keeps us in a state of anxiety, or fight or flight. Breathwork and the process of deep rhythmic breathing, moves us out of this state and into the parasympathetic nervous system.
I believe that how we breathe is how we live, and so to live life to its fullest, we believe we should breathe to our fullest.
SOUND BATH
Surrender into a sound bath experience, a journey into relaxation and healing through sound. Sound baths use tools like singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create vibrational frequencies that promote mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical wellness. Rooted in ancient traditions, sound therapy integrates these techniques with an understanding of the nervous system and the body's natural rhythms, offering profound restorative effects.

WHO
Martina is an experienced therapist, yogateacher, breathwork facilitator and sound guide with ten years experience in the holistic field. She has gathered her experience not only from numerous trainings and certifications but even more so from joining groups and retreats herself.
Coming from a corporate background as a lawyer, she knows the challenge of dealing with the daily stressors of our modern lifestyle. After a close to burn-out she decided to choose another path and support people to find calm and peace within while awakening their aliveness.
Now, passionate about sharing the power of the breath and other healing modalities, she guides you with her calm voice, nurturing presence and feminine essence through every part of the journey.
