Inspired by the andean tradition, this ceremony takes us on a journey through the elements. With support of the heart-warming medicine of cacao, we move through the elements and see how they can inspire us to nurture the seeds we want to see grow in our lives. 

 

Earth is the element that roots us in the present moment. It carries the qualities of grounding, stability. Water inspires us to find flow in life, not resisting challenges and changes on the way.  Fire ignites the light within us, that spark within the hearts to devote ourselves to the things that feel meaningful and we love. Air brings transformation and helps us remember that the driving force of universe is simply love. Ether connects us to the divine and brings emptiness and meditation. 

 

Cacao is a powerful plant medicine which can support us to become more intentional by listening to that silent whispering in our hearts, awakened and amplified by the power of the cacao. 

 

 

Clarity Breathwork is a gentle and safe yet extremely powerful breathing process designed to release stress from the cells of your body and help you transform limiting thoughts, emotions and beliefs so you can move into a more empowered and alive state of being. The experince can be described as exhilarating, trasnformative and BLISSFUL!

 

 

There is power in you and in your voice! This session is designed to inspire you to open your heart and voice, to break free from old limiting beliefs about your voice and the power that it holds. Not only the voice to sing, but when you heal your throat chakra it will spill over in all areas of your life. The voice to speak your truth, the voice that knows its worth, the voice that dares to say Yes as well as no with confidence. A devoted yogini, breathworker and holistic therapist, Martina has over ten years of experience in the holistic field. Coming from a background as a corporate lawyer, she decided to take a leap of faith and embark on an inner journey which lead her to explore different styles of yoga, tantra, breathwork, bodywork amongst other healing modalities. Her spiritual quest has also lead her to experience different indigenous traditions and healing plants. Known for her calm voice, nurturing presence and feminine essence, she guides you safely through every part of the experience. A world traveler with a nomadic lifestyle, Martina spends most of her time in the Pachamama Eco Village: a retreat haven in Costa Rica, and her motherland Sweden. The last years she has also immersed herself into mantra, sharing kirtan and cacao ceremonies all over the world.
