Join us on for this transformational 4-week online course as we explore the theme of "Reconnect with your Emotions" starting October 9th. 

Throughout four guided conscious connected breathing sessions (October 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th), we'll unlock the courage and confidence to meet and feel our emotions. Join this journey to deepen your awareness and dive into your emotional world so you can experience life more connected to your emotions and your Self. 

ESSENCE OF BREATH is the co-creation of Chris and Martina. Our longing is to bring healing and expanded consciousness to the world around us and the people we love. After meeting in the depths of the Costa Rican Jungle, we are now on a mission to serve the world with one of the most powerful and transformative tools know to us: breathwork!

MARTINA is a holistic therapist, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and cacao lover with over ten years of experience in the holistic field. Coming from a corporate background as a lawyer, she recognizes how deep the longing for inner peace and more aliveness can be. Now, passionate about sharing the power of the breath, she guides you with her calm voice, nurturing presence and feminine essence through every part of the journey.

CHRIS is a psychologist, coach and breathwork facilitator with a background in the start-up world. After a burnout, his spiritual quest allowed him to explore various healing modalities around the world. This journey led him to discover his purpose of bringing consciousness into the world. His work revolves around the essence of love, and many people have attested a profound heart resonance his voice creates.

All are welcome, no previous experience needed.

When: Mondays; October 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, 2023, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (GMT+1).

Where: Zoom. When you have signed up you will receive a link to the meeting room. All sessions will be recorded and made accessible afterwards. For some people online sessions are even more powerful than the in-person, so if you haven’t tried before, maybe this is your call!
